Infused with hand-dived local kelp from our pristine waters and a few other special spicy & peppery notes, we hope that this will be a popular local partner to Darwin's Botanicals Gin.

Though it has been a much quieter summer than usual, it is has been lovely to know that some of our gin has still reached distant shores.

Shortly before the end of last season, we were very pleased to host a film production team from Square Payments, which supports a number of businesses in the Falkland Islands. Despite all the recent challenges, their film production has now been released.

We are delighted to open the Philomel Distillery in what was once the old Philomel Store in Stanley and, after a few years of trialling local botanicals, launch our first gin, Darwin's Botanicals.
